How much is international shipping?

International shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of your order.

If your order is large or heavy, you will be prompted to request a quote at checkout. Shipping charges will be calculated by our staff and a door to door delivery quote will be emailed to you for approval. If you are happy with the price you can proceed with your order by opening the quote in your profile under My Quotes and continue through to checkout.

Additional charges for international shipping?

Freight includes local customs and destination charges for delivery to your door.  You will be liable for any duties and taxes that may be applicable in your country depending on the value of ordered goods.

Delivery Timeframe?

International orders will be dispatched and delivered within 7-14 working days.

Deliveries to post office box numbers are possible in limited countries. Please enquire.

Who will be delivering my order?

Fastway Couriers deliver all orders within Ireland and will require a signature upon delivery.  Fastway will not leave goods without signature unless authorisation is arranged prior to shipping.  Orders to the UK are done through either Fastway or an Irish transport company.  Worldwide orders outside Ireland and the UK will be made through an international courier company.

How do I track my order?

An email will be sent to you with a copy of your consignment note. Your goods can then be tracked online at www.fastway.ie with your label number.

What if I am not at the address when the freight company delivers my order?

Fastway Couriers will leave a calling card with instructions for you to contact them to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

What if my order has arrived damaged?

Every step will be taken to ensure that your goods are protected from damage during shipping. If you believe that damage has occurred during shipping please tell your delivery driver and ensure that they note packaging or product damage before you sign the Proof of Delivery.

Please advise us within 5 working days of any product damages.
